I did not receive the confirmation email

When you make a reservation, you will almost IMMEDIATELY receive by email the confirmation with all the details: How to get there, GPS coordinates, telephone numbers and parking instructions and, if applicable, transfers or pick-up and drop-off instructions for the valet parking service.

However, if you have not received an e-mail within 10 minutes of completing your booking, please do the following:

  • Check your junk mail folder, as it is possible that your incoming mail server has marked it as SPAM.
  • To prevent Mowiz e-mails from being filed as spam in the future, you can select the activation e-mail and click on the button indicating "this is not spam" or add us to the list of safe senders.
  • If you have not yet received the booking confirmation email, you can contact our customer service.
