Cancel a booking

The easiest way to cancel a booking is to click on the CANCEL BOOKING link included in the Booking confirmation you received by email.

 

You can also cancel or check a booking by going to "My bookings" in your personal area, click on your reservation, then you will see the "Cancel order" option.


We will ask you the reason why you want to cancel the reservation and ask you to confirm by clicking "Cancel reservation".


To do this, you must first activate your account and then set a password. The account activation instructions are included in the booking you received by email.

To access your personal area you need to log in using your email and password whether you access via the App or the website. If you do not know your password, please consult our help on how to recover your password.

In any case, the cancellation does not entail any cost for bookings with payment in the car park.

For online prepaid bookings, 100% refund if cancelled before 1h. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted with less than 1h notice or once the parking period has started.

Note: We cannot cancel a reservation after the scheduled date and time of entry to the car park.
