Mowiz is constantly evolving and renewing itself, so it is possible that you may occasionally encounter an error in the operation of our systems.

When an error occurs, we recommend that you:

  • Check that both the App and the operating system of your mobile phone are up to date.
  • Check the compatibility of the App with mobile devices.
  • You can also 'Log out' and log back in.

If the error persists, we invite you to contact us by sending us a request through this Submit a request link describing the process that led to the error so that our technical team can fix it.

You may include data you know about your operating system, web browser, and the Internet connection you are using so that we can provide you with the best possible support.
