How to make a booking

  1. When you access the MoWiz home page, you can select where you need to park; at an airport, at a port, at a train station or in a city. If, for example, you want to make a reservation at an airport car park, just click on the "airport" search options, enter the name of the airport in question, click on "find parking" and enter the dates and times of entry and exit of the car park. (Remember that the dates and times we ask you to enter are the dates and times of entry and exit of the car park, not the dates and times of your flight).

  2. When you click on "find parking" we will search for all the car parks that meet your requirements. It will then be up to you to choose a car park according to the services and rates of each of them. You will see a selection of the car parks we have available for those dates and times at the airport, port, train station or city you selected in the first step.

  3. You will also be able to see on the map the location of the different car parks with respect to the airport, port, train station or city, as well as the address, the basic characteristics and the conditions of stay and transfers of the car park.

  4. The prices that you will see on the screen are final prices that include the stay, transfers (when a transfer is needed to get to the terminal) and VAT. When our system shows you the price it will be because there are parking spaces available in that car park for the indicated stay. Otherwise our system will show you a sign indicating "not available" or "parking full".

  5. Finally, click on "reserve".

  6. Complete the form, paying special attention to enter at least the required data, which are marked with an asterisk (*). The mandatory data to be provided vary from one car park to another and are necessary for each of our affiliated car parks to be able to offer the best service.

Congratulations! You have made your reservation. Present the email we have sent you to the car park staff on your arrival. We at Mowiz wish you a pleasant journey.
