If you have purchased the ticket from the mowiz app, you can cancel any complaint that can be cancelled directly from the app.
- Go to the “My account” section and access the “Activity” section.
- Find the card corresponding to the complaint and select the “Cancel complaint” button.
- Make the payment with any of the methods associated with your account.
Important: If you purchased the ticket by scanning the QR of the parking meter without downloading the Mowiz app, you will have to cancel the complaint directly from the physical parking meter.
