Canceling a complaint from the mowiz app

If you have purchased the ticket from the mowiz app, you can cancel any complaint that can be cancelled directly from the app.

  1. Go to the “My account” section and access the “Activity” section.
  2. Find the card corresponding to the complaint and select the “Cancel complaint” button.
  3. Make the payment with any of the methods associated with your account.

Important: If you purchased the ticket by scanning the QR of the parking meter without downloading the Mowiz app, you will have to cancel the complaint directly from the physical parking meter.
