How to change the registration number associated with a subscription?

If you need to change the registration number on a subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to Activity → In progress.
2. Select the subscription you want to change.

3. Click on Change associated registration number. 

   

4. Enter the new registration number and confirm the change.
    

IMPORTANT

• Each season ticket has a different licence plate limit and a maximum number of changes, which may vary between season tickets.
• If an error appears when you try to change the licence plate, it may be because:
  • All possible changes for the season ticket have already been used.
  • The season ticket does not allow you to add more licence plates.
