If you need to change the registration number on a subscription, follow these steps:
- Go to Activity → In progress.
- Select the subscription you want to change.
Click on Change associated registration number.
- Enter the new registration number and confirm the change.
IMPORTANT
- Each season ticket has a different licence plate limit and a maximum number of changes, which may vary between season tickets.
- If an error appears when you try to change the licence plate, it may be because:
- All possible changes for the season ticket have already been used.
- The season ticket does not allow you to add more licence plates.
