How can I manage my invoices in mowiz?

In mowiz you can view, download and generate invoices for your purchases easily:

Simplified invoice:

To request your simplified invoice you just have to:

  1. Access your user profile in the app or website.
  2. Go to the Activity section and select the product for which you want the invoice.

  3. Click on Invoice to view and download it.

  4. Important: the simplified invoice has a bold number starting with MO, necessary to generate the detailed invoice.

Detailed invoice:

To request the detailed invoice you must follow these steps:

  1. Go here (access from your computer or mobile browser, this process is not available from the app).

  2. Enter the simplified invoice number (the one starting with MO), purchase amount and optionally the date.
  3. Click on Search invoice, complete the information and you will receive the detailed invoice by email.
     
  4. If the invoice does not arrive by email, you can download it from News in your profile on both the website and the app.
