Email Issues and Account Activation

If you do not receive emails from mowiz (booking confirmation, account activation, invoices, or any other email):

  1. Check your spam folder, as your incoming mail server may have marked it as SPAM. 

    To prevent mowiz emails from being archived as spam in the future, you can select one of our emails and click the button indicating "this is not junk email" or add us to your safe sender list.
     
  2. If you still do not receive the activation email, request a new one from this link using your registered mowiz email and Subject; Activate so that our team can take care of it.
