How can I check the details or confirmation of my parking reservation?

When you make a reservation on mowiz you will receive an email confirmation almost immediately with all the details (How to get to the parking, GPS Coordinates, Contact phone numbers, Access instructions, Information about shuttle or valet service (if applicable), etc).

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes:

  • Check your SPAM or junk mail folder.
    • To prevent mowiz emails from being archived as junk mail in the future, you can select the activation email and click the button that says "this is not junk email" or add us to your safe sender list.
  • If you still do not receive it, contact customer service at info@mowiz.com.

You can also check your reservation by logging in and accessing the Activity section from the app or the website.
