How to modify or cancel a booking on mowiz?

Modify a booking

Currently, it is not possible to modify a booking. To change the details of a booking you must make a new booking and cancel the previous one. Before cancelling it, make sure you can make the new one.

Please note that:

For valet parking service: if you need to change the drop-off or pick-up time of the vehicle, you will need to make a new booking. If there is no availability or the check-in time is very tight, contact the car park directly using the phone number in the confirmation which you can find in the confirmation email or in the Activity section of the app.

For parking with transfer service: small schedule changes (1–2 hours) usually do not require modifying the booking unless it involves a change in the rate.

Although it is advisable, you DO NOT need to modify your booking if the changes affect vehicle details (error in registration number, make, model) that do not involve a rate change. You can update these details when you drop off the vehicle.

Cancel a booking

You can do this in two ways:

  • The easiest way to cancel a booking is by clicking on the BOOKING CANCELLATION link included in the booking confirmation you received by email.

  • From the Activity section in your personal area.

In both options, we will ask you the reason why you want to cancel the booking and request you confirm by clicking "Cancel booking".

Cancellation conditions:

  • Bookings with payment at the car park: free cancellation.
  • Bookings prepaid online: 100% refund if you cancel with more than 1 hour in advance.
  • Cancellations less than 1 hour before or once the stay has started are not accepted.
