Last-minute bookings are not always possible, as each car park requires a minimum notice period to organise spaces and transfers. If there is no availability, the system will show “not available” or the corresponding reason.
Payment methods
- Online prepayment: guarantees the booking and, in most cases, a 100% refund if you cancel in advance (see the car park terms when making the booking).
- Payment at the car park: paid upon arrival or vehicle collection, according to the accepted methods (cash and/or card).
Remember that many car parks require a card when booking to confirm arrival and organise the service. Failure to show up without notice may incur charges according to the “no-show” policy, which is specified in the booking and may involve charging the full amount of the reserved stay in the case of prepayment rates.
