Yes, you can purchase multiple monthly subscriptions in one or several car parks if they are public subscriptions. For private subscriptions, contact the car park and request the purchase link at aparcamientos@eysaservicios.com. If you are unsure about the availability of the subscription, we recommend consulting directly with the car park staff.
Change of licence plate or association of a second licence plate
When purchasing a subscription, you can only enter one licence plate, even if you have saved more than one car in your profile. Therefore, if you want your subscription to be valid for a second licence plate, you must add it after the purchase. To change the licence plate of a subscription or associate a second licence plate, you just have to:
- Go to the Activity → Ongoing section
- Select the subscription and click Change associated licence plate
- Enter the new licence plate and confirm.
IMPORTANT: Each subscription has a different limit on licence plates and a maximum number of changes, which can vary between subscriptions.
If an error appears when trying to change the licence plate, it may be because:
- All possible changes for the subscription have already been used.
- The subscription does not allow adding more licence plates.
